Human Evolution Really Just a Form of Bestiality …..according to David Brown!

Posted August 4, 2006 - This one was in my archive of hilarious, but really ridiculous media items! Have a laugh with me everyone….or maybe shed a tear for the lost….I am always torn!
On May 18, 2006, David Brown, one of my personal favorites and a Staff Writer for the Washington Post published an article “Human Ancestors May have InterBred with Chimpanzees”. Yes these scientists and writers who come up with this stuff seem to be good evidentiary support as they seem to STILL share Chimpanzee-like DNA, but I hate to tell them they are a distinct and different species than the Chimps….and always have been. Even as many of us feel these Liberal lunatics have to be a distinct and separate species than ourselves….I am here to give you the bad news as well….they in fact are the same species as ourselves, too. And interbreed, as seen by the union of Mary Matalin and James Carville….a situation more worthy of scientific study than evolution!
With that said, David Brown begins his dissertation into this new theory of scientifically ordained acts of bestiality by saying, “When the ancestors of human beings and the ancestors of chimpanzees parted ways 6.3 million years ago, it was probably a very long goodbye. Some of their descendants may even have gone back for a final tryst.”
He then states that “If this theory proves correct, it will mean modern people are descended from something akin to chimp-human hybrids” and not the non-hybrid forms that they had originally thought. And he goes on to say, “It also strongly suggests that some of the oldest bones of ‘proto-humans’ -- including the 7 million-year-old Toumai skull unearthed in Chad in 2001 -- may have belonged to a line of non-hybrids that died out, and were not human ancestors at all”.
My opinion is now that the bones and other so called evidence is unearthed and found to not even remotely support their ridiculous theories, they now have to come up with a new theory to explain our origins….and leave it to them to come up with an even more ridiculous theory than the original!
Entertaining….if not one incredible stretch!

NY Times…Gone Too Far!

Posted June 29, 2006 - The current outrage in the press concerning the New York Times printing classified information that could compromise our war on terror is having a major backlash for the paper! The consequences for their actions is currently being debated and I hope that it will be severe! As is happening all over the country, the papers and media outlets that are waging an all out war on the Bush administration are losing subscribers left and right!
The American people know that that they are not only compromising the lives of men and women in Afghanistan and Iraq, but here in the states as well. (Click here to see the New York Times article in full if you can stomach it!)
If 9/11 taught us anything it should be that we are no longer safe here at home! Any measure taken to destroy those who are out to destroy us will only ensure our future as a nation. It would seem by their actions that these paticular media outlets really aren't concerned with the future of our nation.
I stand fully behind the Constitutional right to “freedom of the press”, however this is not freedom, this is treason! Phrases such as “loose lips sink ships”, were not only accurate in WWII, but apply to our time in history as well. We are engaged in a fight for our lives and we are currently in the undeclared WWIII!
Such leaks to the press by government officials should also be of the highest priority at this time and major prosecutions should follow. Encourage our government officials in Washington to take the appropriate action and those that sit idly by and do nothing will reap their own rewards at the polls next election!
Gaps in Evolution’s Record Finally Explained!

June 23, 2006 - In another attempt to explain why there are so many gaps in the record of evolution, in a recent article in the Washington Post, David Brown stated: “Many gaps in the record of evolution exist because organisms were too soft and small to leave fossilized remains.” No doubt he was just repeating the sentiments of many scientists who believe in the theory of evolution.
He came to this startling conclusion because a team of Chinese, American, and French scientists in a recent Science journal article describe 248 fossil embryo’s discovered in China’s Guizhou province that predate by 40 million years the start of the Cambrian Period. The Cambrian Period is described as the period in our earth’s history that the diversity of life really took off. They described many complex features of embryonic development that are “essential features to complex organisms”.
So how does this explain the “many gaps in the record of evolution”?

Brian Williams, the Nightly News, corners the market on Biblical truth!
Posted May 4, 2006 - I’m not sure this falls into the category of ‘media outrage’, but this definitely show’s the real distain that much of the current media has for Christians and the Bible. On April 7th, 2006 Brian Williams closed the Nightly News with this statement:
"On Tuesday, we learned that an oceanographer at Florida State University is now questioning whether Jesus ever really walked on water. His theory, surface ice might have formed on the Sea of Galilee at that time of year, which would throw a lot of the Bible into confusion....Yesterday, we learned that a manuscript, the only known text of the Gospel of Judas, has surfaced after 1,700 years. It’s a bit beaten up, but it shows Judas was well-regarded by Jesus and perhaps not a treacherous man after all."
Is The Virginian-Pilot for Real?

Posted April 24, 2006 - In an article on Sunday, April 23rd, 2006, that ran on the front page, to help sell more papers no doubt since subscriptions are at an all time low, the author Bill Burke wrote a scathing piece concerning bounced checks at the local Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughters (CHKD) thrift stores. It really isn’t worth the paper it was printed on and if you didn’t read it, well let me give you the “gist” of it: “Company used by hospital ensnared the poor while targeting scam artists in a decade-long debt-collection effort” that was intended to recoup their losses from the numerous bounced checks that CHKD has to endure! Bill Burke went on to say that “the company that runs the CHKD thrift stores, garnished the bank accounts or wages of 42 customers who bounced checks while buying donated second-hand merchandise.” He also went on to say that a “garnishment is the final step in a debt-collection process…”. The remainder of this article was dedicated to the insensitivities perpetrated by CHKD and SYR, the company that manages the thrift stores, and how the poor are just being driven further into debt.
Is it me or does anyone else find this outrageous! First of all the “garnishing is a final step”, so they had a few other steps to get it right! I have to say honestly that I have bounced a few checks in my time, when I was poor, going over to a friends house for a free meal or free laundry, or to use the phone when my was not connected or to watch TV because I couldn’t afford cable, or bum a ride somewhere because I couldn’t afford a car. When I became aware of any bounced checks I paid them first and the accumulated fees associated with the bounced checks before it ever went as far as “garnishment”. That really is the RESPONSIBLE thing to do! Although, not bouncing them in the first place would be better. But let’s face it, we aren’t perfect, so the system has a safety net built in for those of us who might occasionally need it.
And I HAVE to ask this? How many of these individuals who have bounced checks in the CHKD thrift stores have a car, or several cars, the current trend in clothes, the latest fashionable “tennis” shoes, CD’s of their favorite and current artists, cable, internet service, I could go on but I won’t!
Being a responsible member of society doesn’t really seem to be the norm, these days! Blaming someone else for your problems is what helps to sell newspapers! Speaking of responsibility, CHKD should be a cash only business because credit cards take a percentage of each transaction and checks – well, you have just heard more than you want to know about the problems with checks. So, really, if there is any story in this at all, it is why a separate company is running the CHKD thrift stores for such a large overhead and why are they still accepting checks?
On a separate note, CHKD never turns away a patient in need and many of it’s associated physicians donate time, money and materials to help those less fortunate receive state of the art medical care! And those of you whining that you had to pay “up to fifty-fold” for your irresponsibility – well consider it a donation to those even LESS fortunate than YOU!
